There are three distinct levels of accounting services tailored to meet your organization’s specific needs:
Level I – Small to Medium Sized Organizations
* Generally designed for organizations that write less than 50 checks per month
This service is designed for small to medium-sized organizations that like to have quality records and professionally prepared financial statements. Representatives from your organization handwrite checks and make deposits, and retain copies to turn in to our service on a monthly basis.
The service includes:
- Monthly Financial Statement generation (paper and e-copy)
- Bank statement reconciliation (up to two checking accounts)
- Payroll tax forms preparation
- Phone support M-F
Fees begin as little as $150.00 per month (exact pricing depends on volume)
