There are four distinct levels of accounting services tailored to meet your organization’s specific needs:
Level I
Designed for organizations that have less than 60 transactions per month
This service is designed for small to medium-sized organizations that like to have quality records and professionally prepared financial statements. Representatives from your organization handwrite checks and make deposits, and retain copies to turn in to our service on a monthly basis.
The service includes:
- Monthly Financial Statement generation (paper and e-copy)
- Bank statement reconciliation (up to two checking accounts)
- Payroll processing
- Payroll tax forms preparation
- Phone support M-F
Fees begin as little as $165.00 per month (exact pricing depends on volume)
Also available for additional fees:
Direct Deposit of payroll checks
Contribution recordkeeping and preparation of giving statements
Off-site data backup data storage
