Diversity takes on a new dimension when considering the depth of the differences of our personalities. God has blessed your ministry with many unique and diverse personalities. The question is how do we respect and value those differences and use them to build a stronger more effective ministry?
This workshop not only gives you new insights into the various personality styles, it gives you new skills in how to work with diverse personalities in leadership, staff and constituents. It gives you valuable insights and tools to leverage your differences for the good of the organization.
Topics include:
- Understanding the various styles (a new, humorous, easy to remember style matrix)
- Analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of each style
- Respecting and valuing God's creation
- Communicating in different style languages
- How to use the various styles for effective ministry.
- How the various styles impact your organization’s ministry, communications, and growth
While you may have had exposure to personality styles training in the past, you might not have been shown how to use them to build your ministry into a healthier functioning organization.
Each workshop includes a complete manual and a CD of customizable forms for your ministry to begin using immediately.
