Effective Personal, Team and Church-Wide Communications

"It's not what they did, it's how they did it!" laments the uniformed church member regarding a recent decision by the youth leadership council.
"They are too secretive, I just don't trust them" says the staff member regarding recent church governing board actions.
"Hummmmmmm, it sure looks and feels like Mr. & Mrs. Smith are going to become a pain to me just like Mr. & Mrs. Jones were….." says the pastor of the church.
"No, that's not at all what I meant by that comment! You totally misunderstood me!" says every one of us in our daily lives.
